✨ About the Role
 We’re looking for a detail-loving, self-starting Salon Operations Coordinator to help our space feel just as beautiful behind the scenes as it does out front. This role supports everything from inventory and ordering to salon tidiness and product upkeep—so our team can focus on what they do best: caring for our clients 💕

You’ll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day rhythm—making sure the stations are stocked, the shelves are neat, and the plants (and people!) are thriving.

    • Inventory & Cleanliness

      • Restock retail shelves (keep 1-week buffer)

      • Restock stylist station drawers

      • Tidy backbar, stations, and color cabinets

      • Remove empties and mark partial-use tubes

      Salon Essentials

      • Refill tea, coffee, water, and wine stations

      • Sanitize mugs, cups, and high-touch surfaces

      • Refresh bathroom items (toilet paper, soap, wax melts)

      • Replace sharpies, chargers, or broken tools

      Plants & Exterior

      • Keep our entrance welcoming clean and professional

      • (optional) Water plants + check for pests

      Digital Communications

      • Check Salon Phone Texts and salon DMs (@promethean & @rachelhairstylist)

      • Answer Salon Phone

  • 🗓️Weekly Rhythm

    • Restock lockers (2-week buffer)

    • Full backbar + station drawer review

    • Place color reorders

    • Tidy makeup and color drawers

    • Reorder gloves, wipes, hygiene items, and snacks

    🗓️ Biweekly Tasks

    • Clean coffee machine + dryer filters

    • Clean hooded dryers and water filters

    🗓️ Monthly Reset

    • Restock basement (2-week inventory buffer)

    • Deep clean fridge, hijab room, and bathrooms

    • Check for expired or damaged supplies (towels, capes, lightbulbs)

    • Plant care: fertilize or treat as needed

    🗓️ Quarterly Refresh

    • Full sweep of lockers, drawers, and color cabinets

    • Restock or replace tools, foils, and Davines color

    • Organize storage and prep for seasonal shifts

    • Approx. 20+ hours/week (flexible)

    • Requires 2 Saturdays/month closing the week

    • Pay dependent on experience;
